Crinkling, crepe-paper skin around the cleavage area.
A PRP Breast Lift might be for you!
What is a PRP Breast Lift?
The PRP Breast Lift procedure combines the science of hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers and your own platelet rich plasma to produce youthful, natural volume that is unique to you. A qualified PRP Breast Lift provider carefully and strategically injects these products into the breasts to improve shape, add volume, and increase nipple sensitivity (if needed).
How does the PRP Breast Lift work?
Invented by Dr. Charles Runels, the PRP Breast Lift uses platelet rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid (HA) filler to add volume and improve breast shape. PRP contains a multitude of growth factors that activate multipotent stem cells already in the tissue (tricking them into "thinking" there's been an injury and new tissue should generated). The result is the creation of younger tissue including collagen, fatty tissue and blood vessels.
What are the benefits?*
More youthful, fuller shape with collagen and fat replenishment
Smoother skin tone and texture
Effects improve for 2 - 3 months and last for as least 1 to 2 years!
The PRP Breast Lift is not for everyone. Surgery is a better option for those looking for a dramatic change in cup size.
*Results may vary.
How is the PRP Breast Lift performed?
The PRP Breast Lift procedure begins with the application of numbing cream to the breasts and a simple blood draw from your arm. Using instrumentation approved by the FDA for isolation of platelet rich plasma (PRP), your provider processes your blood at the bedside to isolate the PRP. Next, depending on your needs, your provider may or may not use hyaluronic acid fillers (like Juvéderm®) to add a natural collagen scaffold (based on your breast structure, size, and desired outcome). Then, your provider injects the PRP into the breasts which causes the release of over 8 different growth factors. The result...younger-appearing skin and increased volume of fatty tissue!
